What is Mind Health ?

I am a coaching hybrid! A combination of an executive coach (gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve the development objectives, unlock potential, and act as a sounding board). A life coach (aid in improving relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives). Plus, a Mind Health Coach (providing the tools to allow your skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform better). 

While coaching some 130 CEOs I found that they all were highly skilled, had an abundance of knowledge in their field and many abilities, yet they still were not able to turn down their stress in the moment. They struggled with decisions, loneliness, burnout, conflict management issues and procrastination. Imagine if you could optimize your skills and abilities, it is what I do!

·      I work with companies to allow them to develop a mental fitness and wellness plan to allow their employees to flourish rather than struggle and stagnate with mental health.

·      I work with leaders to allow them to optimize their skills, knowledge, and abilities. (Hint: 70% are in the mind!)

·      I work with individuals to address the habits and limiting beliefs that have sabotaged them from achieving the levels of performance and stress management they desire. 

·      I work with teams who are not hitting the ‘expected’ levels. (it’s not due to a lack of skills and abilities.)

·      I teach mental fitness to achieve greater focus, health, reduced stress, quality sleep, and greater performance.

 Everyone’s needs are different and generally the first meeting would be a discovery and learning meeting. It would involve setting the stage for healing of the specific issues of your mind, body, and soul.
